CIDARA is an Australian company specialising in:

• training, coaching and competency assessment for individuals to achieve nationally-recognised qualifications
• consultancy services to assist organisations with the design, development and implementation of human resource and training solutions that are relevant to their needs and effective in application.

CIDARA has assisted many Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel – Navy, Army and Air Force – to attain civilian accreditations and qualifications and transition to a civilian career.

CIDARA has assisted individual clients across Australia achieve their qualifications through RPL/RCC assessment of the skills and knowledge that they have gained from years of simply ‘doing the job’.

CIDARA has also assisted clients from both private and public-sector organisations develop solutions to personal and professional staff training needs, and worked with not-for-profit and community support organisations to develop and implement business solutions and training programs.
